Joanne works “The Best of Both Worlds”…..the Lakes area and the Gainesville area. She got her license in 1983 and worked part time in the Lakes area so she could raise her daughter C.C.

With her first sale, she got her husband, Hal, his two children: III and Tasha, and his two German Shepherds, Thai and Chani. Those two dogs led to Kong (the big black dog), Yoko (his schitzo white mate) and Odin (a pure-bred black shepherd).

Meanwhile, Joanne continued to work and got her Broker’s license. Then she moved her license into Gainesville and went to work full time in 1992. Since then she has been a multi-million dollar producer and became the designated “Lakefront Specialist” for Coldwell Banker.

With the experience she has, she can now work both the lakes and the Gainesville area, which she has grown to love and appreciate also.
